In addition, it is your responsibility to find the equipment (i.e. computer, modem, and/or other devices) necessary to make such a connection to the Internet.

Once you complete the registration process with the Entrepreneurial Success League, you will receive a personal URL with all of the information and content provided by our services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this URL, and are fully accountable for all activities that occur under your account. You also agree to immediately notify the Entrepreneurial Success League of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Eligibility

You must be 13 (thirteen) or older to register as a Member of the Entrepreneurial Success League. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement. Children under 13 are not permitted to use this website.

Term

Joining the Entrepreneurial Success League is free and you may continue to use this Service as long as you adhere to these Terms & Conditions.

Modifications to Service

These Terms & Conditions were last modified on April 30, 2007. At any time and without prior notice, the Entrepreneurial Success League shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove terms of these Terms & Conditions, without notifying our customers of such modifications, additions or removals, and all such changes shall be effective immediately. Your continued participation and use of this website and/or the Entrepreneurial Success League services following our posting of any such change on our site will constitute binding acceptance of such change. You agree that the Entrepreneurial Success League shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Special Admonitions for International Use

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
